Note -- This is just a fairly, simple guide to help you out through making an event here on our forums! For more help, Please PM any staff member if having troubles.
[li] You should have the 5 W's and Sometimes the H. (Who, What, When, Where, Why & How)
Step 2) Explain Why your having this event[/color]
[/li][li] This means make the Topic Specific, and the Description. We want to know on Why you are having this event, rather then just basic info. For Example "Hey. Having this event. Add ______"
Step 3) State when the event will take its standings.
[/li][li] Please try to include the Date, Start time, End time, and as well as what time zone you are in. It helps us out rather then people asking what time zone.
[/li][li] Please make sure you have checked the Forums Calender to make sure there is no event in your way of your day to host your glorious event.
[/li][li] If on the same day - We do not want any events to "overlap," meaning You should allow the event in front of you an hour of over time before starting a new event. No event should last longer than 2 hours tops.
[/li][li] As well, If you will be on an Alternative Character, New to the Forums, Or not even in the guild, Please Supply your In-Game Name. It makes it much easier for us to find you.
Step 4) State on where your event will be held[/color]
[/li][li] Where will your event be held at?
If at a home -- Please provide a Name for the home.
If at a FR Region -- Please provide where (Ex. Beside Seaside Cafe, where Diggy is)
Step 5) What will be happening while were there[/color]
[/li][li] Please try to avoid any "bad people" out in the world. It makes life a lot more difficult.
Step 6) Post your event here in Celebrations, Birthdays, & Events[/color]
[/li][li] Any type of staff member will be able to put your event on the calender. If you have not seen your event posted on the calender in the past days, please contact any staff member ASAP.
